In Italy in 2020 it has been reached a recycling rate of 87.3% in paper and cardboard packaging, compared to the European target of 85% by 2030. Italy has reached and exceeded the European target 10 years in advance, while the EU average is at 73.9%. These data are reported in a press release of the Paper and Graphics Federation, shared together with the aggregate member Comieco. (click here to download the attachment)
