After two years of social distancing, on May 20th 2022 in Bilbao, the members of EUROSAC (European Organization of Large Content Paper Sack Manufacturers) gathered for a physical congress focused on the theme „Paper Sack on the move“. The congress also coincided with the 70th anniversary of the foundation.

The approximately 130 participants debated the major developments in the paper sack industry and, more generally, in the kraft paper sector. At the heart of the congress, the challenges and opportunities around paper sack recycling in Europe were also largely discussed.

Italy has confirmed the presence of two members among the seven members of the EUROSAC Executive Board: the General Assembly has elected our colleague Caterina Croso, Saccarta Spa and Alessandro Selmin, Sacchettificio Nazionale G. Corazza Spa for the next two years.
